A few years ago after a water loss in my basement, I found myself in need of two environmental specialists: a mold remediation professional to address mold on my framing and wallboard and an asbestos abatement professional to address the asbestos tile I found glued to the subfloor under my carpet. I discovered both jobs could be quite expensive. I took a deep dive and found a real need for good work at reasonable prices. In this way, Mold Control Services was born.
